During her tenure at LensCrafters it was repeatedly cited as one of the top companies to work for, largely in part due to their excellent training initiatives, which Colleen had a direct and significant hand in creating.
After a life changing event, losing her husband to cancer, Colleen made the decision to leave her 19 year corporate career, opting to redirect her career path in order to care for her then 4 year old son. She attended the prestigious Coaches Training Institute and started her own business allowing her the flexibility to spend needed time healing and caring for her son. Colleen understands first-hand how to overcome and leverage obstacles and setbacks to create opportunity.
