Dana Rahbar-Daniels

Dana Rahbar-Daniels is Managing Director and a Coaching and Consulting Principal of Performance Consulting International (PCI) Pte Ltd, a strategic management development, leadership coaching and talent assessment firm focused on the Asia-Pacific market.


Over a 39-year career, he has worked with a wide range of global and regional client companies as a leadership coach, corporate educator and principal consultant, including senior leadership roles within two worldwide professional service firms. He has served numerous MNCs and major Asia-based companies to achieve strategic talent management and business performance improvement objectives.


His client experiences have included Avnet Asia, BBH, BP Eastern Hemisphere, Henkel Asia Pacific, Johnson Controls International, Mettler Toledo, Nestle, Pfizer Singapore, QIAGEN, Schawk Asia, SGX Singapore Exchange, ST Engineering and Thermo Fisher Scientific China.


He specializes in the design and delivery of customized Accelerated Leadership Development Programs, Management Development Centers and Leader Assessment Centers for company-specific senior and mid-level talent management.


Prior to co-founding PCI in Singapore in 2003, Dana was the Asia Practice Leader for Performance and Talent Management Services at Mercer HR Consulting and led numerous major consulting and executive coaching assignments throughout Asia.


He joined Mercer in 1998, serving previously as an HR Consulting Partner in KPMG’s Performance and Rewards Practice, which he joined in 1986. He was also the U.S. National Director for competency consulting services at KPMG International.


Dana holds a Bachelor‘s degree and Master’s degree from Brown University and a Master’s degree from Boston University. He also took doctoral studies at Johns Hopkins University where he was a graduate teaching fellow.


He is a certified practitioner for several psychometric instruments applied in leadership coaching and talent assessment assignments. He served for several years as a Chapter Board Member of the global Human Resource Planning Society and the Society of Human Resource Management in the US.
