I am Founder of Accelerant Coaching. As a Certified Executive Coach, a principal partner at Dialexis and a Professional Trainer/Coach. I have worked with a myriad of clients including Cisco Systems where in over 12 years of facilitating multi-day workshops for sales engineers I have earned a 4.9 rating (on a scale of five).

By combining my extensive 30 years of in-the-trenches experiences with new technology and emerging trends, I spark innovative thinking and solutions. My leadership roles have included VP and President positions spanning a variety of industries. My broad perspective comes from leading successful corporate teams with revenues topping $1 billion to working with numerous start-ups and small, entrepreneurial companies. For instance, I developed and lead sales training departments at two publicly held corporations.

EDUCATION
I received my Professional Coach Certification training from GI Institute in New York City. I am a Professional Certified Coach (P.C.C), credentialed through the International Coach Federation (ICF), and serve as a founding Board member of the San Diego chapter of ICF. I am a certified Practitioner of Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ) as well as an enhanced practitioner of “Coaching with ROI”, a system that demonstrates quantitative and qualitative value to individuals and companies enrolled in coaching contracts or projects.
