Bettina Pickering, founder and director of Aronagh Ltd. (UK) and Aronagh Ireland Ltd. (Ireland), is a global change leader, culture change strategist, accredited master executive coach and business transformation & change consultant.


She 20+ years’ international experience having led and delivered 60+ change & transformation programmes in complex, culturally diverse and fast changing environments. Bettina worked in many sectors, both private and public, including professional services, legal, insurance, banking, manufacturing, telecoms, pharma, health, justice, not for profit, utilities. She works with leaders, teams and organisations ranging from SMEs to large FTSE150 multinational corporates.


She understands how complex change works and what motivates people, thus quickly identifies critical levers for co-creating sustainable culture & behavioural change resulting in increased productivity and performance. She creates impactful experiences that help leaders and teams embody behavioural change, increase creativity & resilience, and deliver the wider change agenda. Bettina is passionate about helping equip leaders and teams with tools, skills and capabilities that enable them to thrive in an increasingly digital world and drive digital transformation in their organisation.


Bettina worked for PA Consulting Group for over 13 years as a change management expert and programme leader. In 2010, Bettina founded Aronagh Ltd. (UK), a culture change consultancy & executive coaching company. In 2017, Bettina founded Aronagh Ireland Ltd., to provide continuity of support for her Irish & other European clients post-Brexit.
