Bay Area Executive Coach is run by Michael Neuendorff, PCC. He’s been coaching people in business since 2008 and is only getting started. After leaving a corporate career at Oracle Corporation in 2008 Michael decided to fully pursue his passion for entrepreneurship and professional development by entering in to the field of coaching.

Michael has been trained to provide excellence in coaching by the Center for Executive Coaching (CEC), specifically Andrew Neitlich, founder, and Sheri Boone, MCC, Director of Training. Since being graduated from CEC’s executive coach training program in 2014, Michael returned to the CEC for his Master Certified Coach Trainer certification in 2015.

Michael is also an accredited member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which is the organization that conferred upon him the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation in 2016. To receive this distinguished accreditation Michael went through a minimum of 100 hours of coach training, submitted client logs chronicling 750+ hours of paid coaching, and passed a rigorous examination.

Michael works with executives and teams to improve individual and group performance. He is a results-driven coach who looks for commitment, accountability and a growth mindset on the part of his clients. Many engagements begin with assessments such as a 360 or PXT Select to establish a starting point for growth. Michael is a PXT Select Certified Partner.

Michael received his BS Advertising degree from Arizona State University and completed additional graduate-level coursework with Heriot-Watt University. He currently co-teaches a Business 100 class at Skyline College. He’s formerly instructed for San Francisco State University’s Extended Learning Program and was a staff advisor with the San Francisco and San Jose Small Business Development Centers.
When not coaching, teaching or training you’ll typically find Michael enjoying vacations and local activities out with his wife and two children, or listening to audiobooks and podcasts.

n 2014, he founded Peloton Coaching and Consulting to help executive leaders, teams, and companies create better tomorrows and results. A peloton is a group of cyclists in a race or a ride. As in business, a fast paced peloton needs leadership, trust, communication, and collaboration to win the race. As an avid cyclist, Michael’s peloton is his tribe or team.

He helps leaders enhance their emotional intelligence, energy, executive presence, communication skills, teamwork, culture, and productivity, to name a few areas.

Michael’s last bad day was July 11th, 2001. He was struck head-on by a SUV going 40 miles per hour during a cycling training ride. He’s lucky to be alive. Through his recovery and return to bike racing, Michael enhanced his appreciation of energy, perspective, and grit. These are qualities he brings to his coaching and speaking business.

Michael is a P.C.C. certified executive coach with the International Coach Federation (I.C.F.). He has additional certifications from The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), Hogan Assessments, and Conversational Intelligence®.

He is an active member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) and is a member of James Madison University’s Sales and Marketing advisory council.

Michelle is married to Steven Braden and proud mother to Anthony and Rebecca, Erica and Zane, Josh and Aida, and their golden retriever, Levi. She is now a grandmother (Lollie) to five grandchildren... Micah, Matias, Eden Grace, Sol and Aspen. She enjoys getting out in nature, working in the yard, reading, writing, running, hiking, camping and meaningful conversations with family and friends.
