Michelle Dalley

CIQ Certified Coach

Michelle is a Coach, Facilitator and Trainer.  She is passionate about partnering with organisations to help create high performing cultures and has been the Director of her consulting business for over 8 years. With a background in operations management and business improvement Michelle brings both a practical and values based approach to her work.

Her talent is in creating a safe space for people to speak authentically and get to the heart of not only the issues but also their aspirations.    She then helps to navigate the path from the current reality, opening up fixed thinking and expanding into new conversations that generate powerful outcomes and business results.

To support her work Michelle draws on a number of frameworks and tools including Conversational Intelligence®.  She believes in enabling her clients to make long term sustainable change through multi-level learning and integration. Michelle works with a wide range of clients including government, NGO’s and private sector.

Prior to running her own business Michelle enjoyed an 18-year career in the financial services industry. She was promoted into senior leadership in her 20’s and it was the challenge of this experience that inspired her to work with leadership teams in a coaching and consulting capacity.

During her career, she has not only led departments but also projects, being heavily involved in leading and coordinating a national project that transformed the way the banking industry settled and exchanged funds.  From these experiences Michelle has developed and honed her own skills in personal resiliency, powerful communication and performance delivery.

Michelle is dedicated to her own learning and development and is continuously building her knowledge of understanding people and culture.  She has studied various aspects of psychology and neuroscience, business studies, communication dynamics including Transactional Analysis and various conflict resolution models, and is particularly interested in how to help people and organisations generate sustainable change.

Michelle is also a supervisor for Coaches and has run Coach training programmes for several years.  She is passionate about creating a community of highly skilled, professional Coaches.

In her spare time Michelle likes to be involved in the community and is on the Board of Trustees for a local women’s centre.  One of her hobbies is travel and she loves to explore new cultures and experience being outside her comfort zone.
