Naomi also believes that the vitality of the cultures we work in stems from the conversations we have and these can either enrich or diminish the best of business strategies.

As her business name suggests, this combination enables not only executive presence, but also conscious presence throughout an organisation.
Naomi started her career working in finance roles in various commercial contexts before she heeded an almost lifelong call to focus her talents on helping people to thrive in their professional lives. Her coaching experience spans over 15 years assisting clients to create satisfying careers, enhance engagement style and grow conversational leadership.
Naomi has also created and facilitated numerous development programs related to confidence, career management and change leadership, always incorporating her flair for assisting people to connect with their aspirations whether they be personal or professionally focused, in areas such as leadership style or organisational strategy.
Stemming from this work, Naomi led a start-up practice within a career development Professional Services firm, expanding the firm’s services and brand recognition amongst their clients within the Financial Services, Professional Services, Airlines, Property, Government and Not for Profit sectors.
Naomi is a Certified Conversational Intelligence® Coach and has a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology and Economics) and Diplomas in Counselling and Transformational Coaching. She has also been trained by a master coach in the area of corporate performance, drawing on techniques from the dramatic arts.
