Vivien Hunt

CIQ Certified Coach

Vivien Hunt has over 20 years international work experience on global Human Resources and Business Transformation projects. She is a Consultant, Coach and specialist in Change Management and Transformation.

She works with organisations to create healthy work environments and transform cultures. She is creative, resourceful and a natural facilitator with expert people skills. Vivien runs her own coaching practice LeadSource Coaching based in London, U.K., and works with individuals and organisations around the globe to enhance their effectiveness, well-being and impact.

Vivien’s focus in organisations is in developing their people and building high-trust organisations. She creates awareness for leaders and teams as to what makes a healthy work environment and the impact on employee effectiveness, engagement & satisfaction, communication, well-being and employee retention.

Her areas of expertise include Coaching & Facilitation, People Development, Business Transformation and Culture Change, Ways of Working, Employee Engagement, Change Management, Project Management, Change Strategy & Planning, Stakeholder Management and Communication.

Vivien started her career as an HR business consultant working on large global ERP and transformation projects. She has worked and lived in more than 20 countries, and has experience in multi-nationals across a range of industries and sectors including Fast Moving Consumer Groups (FMCGs), big pharma, telecoms, financial services, energy as well as non-profits.

In 2012, Vivien trained as a coach. Her coaching style and methodology is the integration and influence of the leading coaching education and thought leadership of today. The foundation of her holistic approach is the Co-Active Coaching methodology in which she trained at the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in London.

Her interest in neuroscience and an understanding of why coaching works, lead her to complete the Advanced Coaching Series on Neuroscience, Consciousness and Transformational Coaching in 2015 through BeAbove Leadership with Ann Betz and Ursula Pottinga.

Further deepening her learning in neuroscience, and with the view to integrate her consulting, facilitation and training background with her coaching skills, in 2016 she completed her certification in Conversational Intelligence C-IQ with Judith E. Glaser (Executive & Organisational Coach, best-selling author and global thought leader). It is this work which she is now bringing into organisations and is at the forefront of competency for global leadership.

Vivien is also involved in a number of entrepreneurial and non-profit initiatives. She is a founding member of the Guincho group, a network of entrepreneurs who buy and transform companies in the social impact space. The mission of the Guincho group is to create healthy, transparent and sustainable organisational cultures which empower people and serve the common good (individuals, society, planet).

The Guincho group were initially inspired by the work of Frederic Laloux and his book Reinventing Organisations, having had a sense that organisations are broken and there must be a better way. For the past 15 years, as a trustee and co-founder, Vivien has also helped to build a small yet successful UK charity called The Gumboots Foundation which supports community lead projects in South Africa and focuses on children and education.
