Known for her warmth, gentleness and genuineness, perhaps the words that best describe her coaching style would be encourage, equip and empower. Her clients however, in a recent survey, used a different word to describe the impact: life-changing.   

From the first seminar that she heard Judith Glaser teach, Teena has believed that this body of work called Conversational Intelligence ®  would be transformative – both for her clients and herself.  And she was right!  Honored to have been trained and mentored by Judith in the Inaugural C-IQ Enhanced Skills Coaching Program in 2016, chosen to participate in the inaugural Certification Program, and having graduated with the first group of Certified Conversational Intelligence ®  Coaches in early 2017, Teena has seen first hand the profound impact of C-IQ in her client’s lives and businesses.  She has, with great joy, watched each of her clients have “ah-ha” moments – moments of insight, using C-IQ, that have radically shifted their perspective…and changed their world.

From the experience of this past year using C-IQ as core to her coaching, Teena would emphatically say that C-IQ goes beyond the best, most current management strategies and systems.  It teaches skills that transform the person, not just the situation.  Her clients have found the material easy to understand, immediately applicable to virtually any challenge –  creating life-changing shifts and insights both personally and corporately.
