Tammy Marshall is the founder and director of The B Hive, a business transformation consultancy that specialises in transformation, culture change, innovation coaching and design thinking. Tammy has 25 years in senior management, C-Suite and board level experience in tourism, hospitality, transport, property development and cruising. She has built a career around enabling global companies to pivot, transform and capitalise on rapid growth opportunities.
From early on in her career she has been drawn to challenging, complex roles that require a progressive and change-oriented leadership style to forge paths into new territories and markets. She is a divergent thinker who challenges boundaries, has a passion for design, business transformation and to help organisations thrive into the future, she has built a career in tourism, hospitality, transport and cruising.
Tammy combines her strong leadership, commercial background and experience in growing and transforming companies. She has a strong connection with the start-up community acting as advisor to start-ups and the Australian ambassador for World Innovation Forum. She has a proven track record in establishing strategically aligned brands, cultures and operating models that exceed revenue and EBITDA targets, year on year.
