He has 2½ decades of experience in executive coaching, human resource management, organization development and leadership facilitation in India and Asia. Over 15 years he has been involved in one-on-one Executive Coaching is passionate about helping leaders bring about lasting change in their behaviours to enhance performance and well-being.

Overall, he has worked across manufacturing, automotive, high value capital equipment, food ingredients, retail, agricultural, speciality chemicals, precision tooling, feed manufacturing and IT product companies, in diverse cultures such as India, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, Japan, Australia, Argentina, Germany, France and the United Kingdom.
