Suresh is a Leadership Coach and OD Facilitator. He is the Founder of Global Coach Resources LLP and adjunct faculty at the Great Lakes Institute of Management. He has 2½ decades of experience in executive coaching, human resource management, organization development and leadership facilitation in India and Asia. Over 15 years he has been involved in one-on-one Executive Coaching is passionate about helping leaders bring about lasting change in their behaviours to enhance performance and well-being.

Focus of work Utilizing his profound knowledge of people engagement and years of experience in human resources, Suresh coaches CEOs and their teams how to strengthen levels of engagement, collaboration and innovation to achieve desired results. He specializes in values and strategy alignment, cross-culture and cross-function coaching, engaging teams in behavioural change and personal development through action learning projects for learning application and sustenance.

Suresh was heading the Human Resources function in his last two corporate roles, at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG India and AB Mauri (ABF Plc. UK) in Asia. Overall, he has worked across manufacturing, automotive, high value capital equipment, food ingredients, retail, agricultural, speciality chemicals, precision tooling, feed manufacturing and IT product companies, in diverse cultures such as India, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, Japan, Australia, Argentina, Germany, France and the United Kingdom.

Areas of expertise With over 2,500 hours of Coaching experience, Suresh brings a unique combination of corporate senior management expertise, combined with the real-time experience of being a coach, mentor, trainer and HR practitioner. His HR & OD work has provided a high people-centred, holistic and ethical approach to life. He also facilitates high impact programmes in Leadership, Collaboration and Coaching. Coach and Leadership Facilitator to the COO and Managers of a US global company operating in India. Administered and translated 360 feedback into specific action plans and quantifiable goals; the COO being groomed to take over a potential higher role.

Coach to the full expatriate Senior Management Team and CEO of a major German automotive manufacturing company in India. Focus of coaching is on closing gaps identified through CEB SHL measurements integrated with ongoing executive development and inter-cultural transition.

Coach to Vice Presidents of a US multinational agro–biotechnology conglomerate. Focus of coaching is based on Leadership Agility assessments and identified Action Learning Projects within the context of a highly matrixed organisation with multiple project roles.
