Sindy brings extensive experience across multiple industries to her work as an Executive Coach. Her diverse corporate leadership and management background coupled with her business acumen directly support her ability to help executives and managers strengthen and develop their leadership style and capabilities.

Business/Organizational Leadership Experience

Sindy has developed significant business acumen through her executive level positions including P&L responsibilities in sales management, business development and operations in the banking, legal and consulting industries.  She has also held senior level positions in human resources, providing internal consulting in the areas of leadership development, effective communication, leading organizational change, team alignment, career planning and internal coaching.

She has been an adjunct professor and a MBA coach at Rollins College, a top ranked liberal arts university in Winter Park, FL and has facilitated multiple sessions on topics in the human resources, career development and talent management areas.

She is a graduate of Leadership Orlando and Leadership Winter Park, community programs that connect and engage business professionals as community leaders.

Sindy currently coaches MBA students in one of the top Ivy League business schools on leadership development and career management and is President for the International Coach Federation, Central Florida chapter. ICF is a global organization with 25,000 members in 126 countries dedicated to advancing professional coaching.

Education

Sindy has a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL.

Certifications

Sindy is certified as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation and Certified Professional Coach (CPC) by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. She holds the Professional in Human Resources designation through the Society for Human Resource Management.

Additionally, she is certified in several Hogan inventories, Myers-Briggs, Birkman and DiSC assessments; Master Certified in the Energy Leadership Index and experienced in other behavioral and feedback assessments.
