Shirley Wulf is the co-founder and principal of Dimensions Leadership Group, a leadership development and training firm. Shirley is a leadership development consultant, executive coach, facilitator, and speaker with over 25 years of experience in developing and leading successful teams.

Drawing on her years of experience as a leader in Roche Pharmaceuticals, a world-wide leading pharma company, Shirley brings practical approaches to real-life challenges of developing and leading award-winning teams and high-performing individuals.

Her transformational approach incorporates neuroscience, behavior patterns, and emotional and conversational intelligence, all of which allows leaders to create cultures that develop agile and high-performing individuals and teams.

Shirley’s approach empowers leaders by elevating their communication and behavioral skills to create greater trust, connection, and accountability and build more positive workplaces and improve organizational results.

In addition to holding a degree in business, Shirley is a graduate from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), holds advanced coaching credentials through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a registered corporate coach through the World Association of Business Coaches (WABC).

Shirley is an Authorized Partner in The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and in Everything DiSC (Wiley) and is experienced in 360-degree feedback. She is also certified in Emotional Intelligence through the HayGroup, Conversational Intelligence®, Profiles International Assessments, the Influential Leader Program through The Center for Influential Leadership.
