Shirley Wulf is the co-founder and principal of Dimensions Leadership Group, a leadership development and training firm. Shirley is a leadership development consultant, executive coach, facilitator, and speaker with over 25 years of experience in developing and leading successful teams.

 

Drawing on her years of experience as a leader in Roche Pharmaceuticals, a world-wide leading pharma company, Shirley brings practical approaches to real-life challenges of developing and leading award-winning teams and high-performing individuals.

 

Her transformational approach incorporates neuroscience, behavior patterns, and emotional and conversational intelligence, all of which allows leaders to create cultures that develop agile and high-performing individuals and teams.
