Samia Kornweibel is a Certified Conversational Intelligence ® Coach and with over 16 years of experience working with senior leaders on their conscious leadership development and progressive career transitions to create more positive impact on their teams, organizations and their overall lives.
Leveraging a powerful combination of resources from neuroscience, conscious communication, leadership practices, and coaching, she partners with clients to elevate their conversations, behaviors, as well as their leadership presence and impact to foster intrinsic growth, cultural shifts, and organizational transformations.
Ms. Kornweibel also combines her years of experience as an executive recruiter and a professional coach to work with clients on making conscious career and leadership development choices to enhance their own development as well as the effectiveness of their teams and the company as a whole. She served as a Board Director and the Vice President of Membership for the International Coach Federation Washington State chapter previously. In 2012 she was honored to be voted the “Career Coach of the Year” for ICF Washington State’s chapter.
