(Ms.) ‘Rickie’ Banning is the founder, President and lead Coach-Consultant-Trainer for aodglobal LLC (formerly known as Advanced Development Associates founded in 1990, operating with three Associates in Baltimore, MD, Boston, MA), now based in Hawaii. Delivering state-of-the-art services in OD (Organizational Development), change management, design-delivery of systems in diversity, crisis management-response, workplace bullying prevention, leadership & staff development, work culture enhancement, aodglobal is the ‘go-to’ firm for best practices. Rickie has an academic and career path that started in EAP (employee assistance programs), with a solid clinical background, blended with savvy business acumen.

Rickie was elected by a worldwide membership to serve as International Diversity Director for the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA Intl.). She was also invited to and served on the prestigious National Diversity Committee for the US policy-making association of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), as well as serving as State Council Diversity Director, and speaking at local, regional, and international conferences.

 

Rickie has served in internal and external roles as consultant-coach-trainer. She was Human Resources Manager for the Boston District US Postal Service for almost 14 years, winning five awards for developing a ground-breaking crisis management systems model that was adopted by ¾ of the US Postal Districts nationwide and by General Electric Aircraft Engines Division in Lynn, MA.

 

She was invited to and spoke at Harvard University about the crisis model that she developed. Certified as a Fred Pryor/Career Track international Trainer, Rickie has designed-delivered hundreds of trainings around the globe in multiple topics as an SME (Subject Matter Expert). She also serves as an SME for GLG Group, a leader in provision of expertise to investors in Human Resources and business initiatives.

 

Ms. Banning teaches as Adjunct Faculty for Southern New Hampshire University, teaching Business courses in the Organizational Leadership Track to Senior level students. Most recently, Rickie has assisted the US Army in Oahu Hawaii and the State electric company to grow forward by using ‘Conversational Intelligence’ tools and concepts for organizational healing with Commanders and enlisted, and with management-employees.
