Rhonda earned a master’s degree in executive coaching (MSEC) from Queens University of Charlotte and a business administration degree from Western Carolina University. She holds numerous advanced coaching certifications, including a Professional Coach Certification (PCC), awarded by the International Coach Federation; a Board Certified Coach (BCC) designation, awarded by the Center for Education and Credentialing, Certified Conversational Intelligence Coach and Facilitator; additional coaching training through Coach U, an internationally acclaimed training program for professionals in the coaching field; and training and certifications to implement a variety of assessments.
