Paul graduated as pioneer member of the World Business Executive Coaching Summit’s pioneer class, Mastering Conversational Intelligence for Coaches (C-IQ) Enhanced & Certified Level under the mentoring of Dr. Judith E. Glaser, founder and chairperson of the Creating We institute, (she was recently named a one of the worlds 25 most important and influential executive coach and thought leader).
He was the single Filipino Executive Coach who participated in the Global C-IQ Graduation Conference last July 16, 2016 in Manhattan NY.
As of this writing Paul is one of only 2 Filipino Coaches who has graduated CERTIFIED as a C-IQ Coach. He has completed his Executive Coaching Master Business Accelerator Course work from World Business and Executive Coach Summit (WBECS) initially with Jane Warilow and he continues to deepen his expertise in using the Leadership Dashboard and Coach Master Toolkit for Coaches from Andrew Neitlich of The Center for Coaching Excellence (CCE).

Paul helps, advices, co-creates, coaches, and trains managers and work leaders through transition and change. He does a lot of work now for entrepreneurs and management teams in the pharmaceutical distribution, retail, technology sales & marketing, as well as niche services in transportation, and health & wellness.
He enjoys a career built over two decades of relevant experience both as an Operations Executive as well as a learning facilitator and Coach. He has extensive experience in designing, facilitating, and/or leading Organization Development projects predominantly on: Business and Organizational Strategy, Leadership & Talent Development, Senior Leader and Key Talent Executive Coaching, Team Effectiveness and Customer Development and Value Generation.

Paul was selected to mentor and Coach the Regional Qualifying Teams to the William H. Clinton HULT Foundation Competitions through the John Gokongwei School of Management and Business Administration (JGSOMBA) set to compete in Dubai & London for 2016 Regionals. A testament to Paul’s ability to connect, engage and impact with the millennial talent and the global-thinking entrepreneur leading them.
Currently Paul Coaches using C-IQ methods and tools under the banner of The Ruiz Group and synergy of Coaching/Consulting Practices co-founded with his mentors and siblings, Pinky and Phil Ruiz. Paul is a certified Train the Trainer Facilitator and Workforce Empowerment Facilitator from Development Dimensions International in Shenzhen, China. He also completed a Strategic Business Development Course in Melbourne, Australia.
In addition to this, he undergoes periodic intensive one-on-one mentoring and coaching from partner Executive Coaches in the fields of Organization Development, Human Capital Management, Business Finance and Operational Excellence.
His work is his passion. For fun and well being he practices yoga, cooks and plays golf. His joy is his wife Janise and their teenage sons Luc and Franco.
