Pam Brooks started Cornerstone Consulting International over 13 years ago with one goal, to help people discover their inner motivation to achieve. “Empowering people to maximize their talents is a passion in my life, as I love to watch people create positive effective change.” Pam has been helping people develop and maximize their talents since graduating with honors from the University of Washington where she earned a Master’s Degree in Organizational and Interpersonal Communication and played Volleyball for four years including a trip to the NCAA’s top 24. She also completed the coursework for a second masters in counseling.
Pam has been working with executives on personal and team performance issues, consensus building, succession planning, and improved collaboration and communication for the past 14 years. She also works with companies on selection and retention issues.

She even was asked to present at the national Phillip’s 66 Conference in Boca Raton this past year as request by the attendees.
