Pam Brooks started Cornerstone Consulting International over 13 years ago with one goal, to help people discover their inner motivation to achieve.  “Empowering people to maximize their talents is a passion in my life, as I love to watch people create positive effective change.”  Pam has been helping people develop and maximize their talents since graduating with honors from the University of Washington where she earned a Master’s Degree in Organizational and Interpersonal Communication and played Volleyball for four years including a trip to the NCAA’s top 24.    She also completed the coursework for a second masters in counseling.

Pam has been working with executives on personal and team performance issues, consensus building, succession planning, and improved collaboration and communication for the past 14 years. She also works with companies on selection and retention issues.

Companies seek out her advice when searching for the right CEO’s, COO’s, CFO’s. She helps them find the optimal fit and to increase the effectiveness of their onboarding practices.  She even was asked to present at the national Phillip’s 66 Conference in Boca Raton this past year as request by the attendees.

In addition to executive coaches and consultants in her unique approach to understanding people and their performance potential.  She has been sought out by people who know of her work and she has assisted consultants like Ruhmann and Associates in their endeavors of working with leading Surgical Teams at Yale University, and other leading physician leadership training programs.

Organizational Development Consultant, Leadership and Development, at ASU 2016- Present: In charge of the Mastering Leadership Program for high potentials at ASU.  She also runs a variety of workshops for all staff and training events for various departments on campus.

Certified Conversational Intelligence Practitioner.  2015- present.   Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ) is the number 6 programs in the country being sought out by organizations this year. It is one of the fastest growing training programs for coaches and trainers alike.   C-IQ is an amazing program focused on raising the level of conversations, which raises the positive neurochemicals in any relationship.

VP Education and Research for the Global Board at the Robert S. Hartman Institute 2014-2016 Headed up the Education Committee on finding ways to promote utilize the works of Robert S. Hartman.

Master Axiologist for Axiometrics International – 2003 – to 20014.  One of six Master Representatives for Axiometrics in the United States for the distribution and use of Axiological reports and assessments.

TIGERS Inner Circle Member: 2012 -Present   Pam likes to keep current with the latest in team collaboration practices and was selected to be an inner Circle member and administer of  TIGERS Among Us.  It is a team approach that builds trust interdependence, genuineness, empathy, risk and success in any team.
