Leadership and performance coaching
Marie encourages leaders to design and author their own unique leadership signature and the effect of leadership presence. She is able to draw on her extensive experience of dialogue practice to support clients to change the nature of the conversations they have with themselves, how they talk and think with others and change the cultural environment they create.
She guides her clients to reflect, reframe and refocus on their strengths and development opportunities, moving past self-limiting behaviours and enables them to realise new aspirations.
She is highly experienced in successfully supporting individuals to transition to the next level within an organisation. Marie’s clients are often required to develop a range of new skills for the senior role. She supports them to develop strategies for employee engagement and in successful stakeholder management understanding the business and political environment they operate in and maximise their impact.
Marie has considerable international experience coaching leaders of Global Change programs and has coached and facilitated extensively with multi cultural/ multi-functional project teams to successfully integrate often disparate teams or teams brought together through acquisition to become high performing teams.

Marie coached the leader of a 24-month technology project that instigated and implemented new ways of working in the oil fields of a Global Oil Company. Integrating ‘people, process and technology’ she coached her client’s project team from a local to Global Project.
Marie has been “Super Coach” to a coaching cohort and project team on the Scottish Government’s pilot programme for aspiring Head Teachers. She designed and delivered the coaching program and provided support for the coaching cohort. The program was adopted by Scottish Education and is recognised as a valid option to an academic route to Headship.
Marie was invited to serve as the program director to design and lead an 8-day values-based leadership program delivered on the Isle of Skye specifically community-based bringing young people living in tough realities together with corporate leaders.
After two years with successful outcomes for both young folks and leaders, the residential program was included as an alternative to a Harvard as a leadership offering in a global bank.
