I am a leadership psychologist, organizational consultant, executive coach, and professional speaker, working closely with corporate leaders and their teams as they strive for excellence.

Through a powerful partnership of coaching, consulting, advising, and facilitation, I empower leaders and organizations to develop agile, engaged, and high-performing individuals and teams able to manage growth, embrace change, and expand performance. I am particularly passionate about working with driven leaders in fast-paced organizations and strive to provide the right balance of challenge and support to drive lasting results.

With over 20 years’ experience as a coach, consultant, collaborative facilitator, and clinician, working with leaders in complex business and relationship matters, I have the experience, expertise and mindset to help my clients get the results the seek.

I am usually called when leaders need support to cultivate their expertise, define their brand, develop their teams, harness executive presence, and leadership agility, and nurture their people while driving for results. As an advanced level mediator and facilitator, organizations call on me to help their people navigate challenging people issues, build trust, and manage difficult conversations.

Overall, I support organizational initiatives including coaching executives and organizational leaders, Planning and preparing for leadership succession, building high performance teams, leading cultural change initiatives, facilitating talent review processes and facilitating leadership retreats.
