With over 20 years’ experience as a coach, consultant, collaborative facilitator, and clinician, working with leaders in complex business and relationship matters, I have the experience, expertise and mindset to help my clients get the results the seek.
I am usually called when leaders need support to cultivate their expertise, define their brand, develop their teams, harness executive presence, and leadership agility, and nurture their people while driving for results. As an advanced level mediator and facilitator, organizations call on me to help their people navigate challenging people issues, build trust, and manage difficult conversations.
Overall, I support organizational initiatives including coaching executives and organizational leaders, Planning and preparing for leadership succession, building high performance teams, leading cultural change initiatives, facilitating talent review processes and facilitating leadership retreats.
Outside of work, my interests include gardening, cooking up feasts, and travelling – especially for extreme hiking. My most recent adventures include hiking the Inca Trails in the Andes Mountains of Peru, summitting Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, and hiking the Grand Canyon, rim to rim. I have two grown children, and live in Austin, Texas with my husband, Peter.
