Judy Wolf is a professional certified coach (PCC) and former C-suite communications executive who partners with heart-centered, service-driven leaders, teams, and organizations to align actions with aspirations, strengthen communication and teamwork, and bring a whole-person approach to inclusive leadership and team development, conflict transformation, and being in relationship with other complex human beings.
I have a Master’s in Management and 25+ years’ experience as a marketing, communications, and business development professional and executive. I’ve worked in for-profit, nonprofit, and government arenas, and have successfully project managed countless innovative, high-intensity initiatives for companies and organizations ranging from United Parcel Service and international telecommunications firms to disaster recovery and technology consulting.
My coaching style combines conversational, emotional, social, and somatic intelligence for a “whole person” approach to leadership and personal development. My holistic work with clients and organizations ranging from Fortune 500 firms to regional nonprofits draws on my extensive background in communications, neuroscience, mindfulness, yoga, and mental fitness and helps you identify and build on your strengths while exploring the stories, assumptions, triggers, patterns, and habits that may be holding you back. I view my role as one of a “thought partner” to you as we innovate and explore together, aligning your actions with your aspirations, increasing you and your team’s sense of engagement and enjoyment, and bringing out your best self by balancing your inner drive with a healthy perspective and compassion, both for yourself and others.
In addition to being a PCC, I am also a certified business advisor who brings a well-established foundation of mindfulness practice into my work. My strengths include a high degree of emotional intelligence and communication skills, which translate into an open, nonjudgmental model and abundant curiosity in the coaching context.
