The tagline of Driving Improved Results is ‘Engaging Your FRONTLINE to Boost Your BOTTOM LINE’. Jeri focuses on frontline teams as well as senior executives to build organizations that co-create business solutions that delight their own customers and improve profitability.
Her book, The Customer Loyalty Playbook: 12 Game Strategies to Drive Improved Results in Your Business, focuses on customer loyalty and the four areas leading to customer loyalty: The customer experience, leadership, employee engagement, and marketing to ideal clients. The concepts and case studies in her book were developed during her work as a serial entrepreneur, starting, growing and selling an information technology firm, and opening several marketing and health related agencies. She still is a partner in a commercial real estate firm. Overall she’s become familiar with 40 industries and uses that to help her clients build business models that work.
Her experience both as a business partner and in coaching business partners is reflected in her most recent ebook that she has co-authored with a business lawyer. The Business Divorce Institute, From Prevention to Finalization is the ultimate educational reference for selecting good partners for the right reasons, creating a partnership agreement, keeping the communication between partners healthy, and then breaking up a partnership should that become necessary (5 different strategies, with or without litigation).
Her background in education, psychology, and creativity along with the experiences of owning and managing small businesses over 40 years has positioned her well to aid her business clients in the areas of employee engagement, team building, strategic planning, and company wide communication. She works with her clients, becoming part of their team, observing everyday challenges and helping each one discover what works in site-specific environments.
Jeri has spoken at major business expos including New York City’s Javits Center, facilitated business development and extraordinary customer service at institutions such as MoMA and AIG, and has partnered with New York City, The Kauffman Foundation, Citibank, Merrill Lynch, HSBC, and Signature Bank to educate their clients.
Jeri is also the creator of a global movement called Creating Connection to create more peace, respect and happiness in the world. The purpose is to create more face-to-face conversations to generate more understanding and trust, thereby reducing bias, labeling, objectifying and dehumanizing others. Ultimately we all want human connection and to co-create better shared success solutions.
Jeri enjoys dancing, playing with her grandson, traveling, dark chocolate, international foods, white wine, swimming, yoga, good movies, reading and empowering others.
