She has a passion for people and a commitment to building bridges of communication and collaboration as a coach, facilitator and organizational consultant. Jennifer has a passion for developing mission-driven, visionary leaders to meet the challenges of our times with principle, purpose and strategic efficacy. With 25 years of leadership experience across a broad range of industries, she has coached leaders and their teams to execute institutional culture change through effective organizational management and leadership development:

“I am particularly interested in equipping organizations to cultivate climates of creativity and innovation. I engage teams in a process that magnifies the trust and engagement levels of the team, and focus on increasing organizational competencies related to change and conflict. Armed with these tools, we work to develop Conversational Intelligence™. “Incredible things happen when trust rises within organizations: drama and anxiety are erased, and dynamic work environments, calibrated for creativity and innovation, emerge. These are competitive, competent, resilient teams, capable of achieving great things together. I love the work, and our clients love the results.”

Jennifer brings a broad scope to Voltage Leadership, having worked and consulted in corporate, civic, and non-profit contexts. She began her management career at LBrands in 1993. Since then she has led both start-up and established companies and organizations in Chicago, Los Angeles and the Southeast. Her leadership roles have taken Jennifer from hospital emergency rooms to their board rooms, across manufacturing floors, and onto shipbuilding docks.

Some of Jennifer’s clients include Fortune 100 and international companies such as: Huntington Ingalls/Newport News Shipyards, Novozymes Biologicals, Yokohama Tires, and Canatal Steel. Some of Jennifer’s national clients include: Carilion Clinic, Fenway Sports Group, Washington and Lee University, WDBJ-7, Goodwill Industries, Polymer Solutions, PowerSchool and Delta Dental.

In every case Jennifer’s passion for leaders shines through. She loves coaching leaders to thrive, and understands intimately the connection between a thriving leader and a thriving organization. Her goal is to ground leaders deeply in their core vision and values, so that they can lead with ever greater clarity, integrity and authenticity.
