Jennifer is a co-founder of Management: Possible® along with her brother Chip who have been working together since childhood to figure out better and more effective ways to get stuff done. Together they are second-generation business owners in corporate training and large-scale coaching and development.
Jennifer is a Certified Master Coach and trainer who delivers highly compelling, totally personalized management through leadership skills training and coaching. She coaches around one thousand hours a year, working with professionals and executives to become more effective in their job roles, better team players, stronger visionaries, managers that people love to work with – just better versions of themselves.

While becoming a full-time training developer and coaching industry pioneer, Jennifer also directed theater giving her an edge when it comes to communication skills, professional presentation and collaboration capabilities. She can improv and comes to the table with a “yes, and…” mindset.
She has developed a ground-up, proven coaching methodology that has been used inside multiple corporations internationally. Written and contributed articles to industry trade publications, managed global marketing efforts as well as public relations. She has also lead design and production of technology-based learning solutions and web sites.
Jennifer maintains the family tradition of wearing professionally savvy cowboy boots as she continues her work on the coaching frontier. Her focus is to challenge a learner’s thinking to compel and inspire action, behavior change, and substantial, measurable improvement in the way managers and leaders perform on the job.
