Irina Turaliyeva,CFA, is a professional executive coach, member of ICF, psychologist, and a certified coach in Conversational Intelligence® (C-IQ®).
Irina is fluent in Russian and English. For many years, she studied and worked abroad in the United States, Great Britain, United Arab Emirates, and Kazakhstan.
Irina is an expert in Finances and has many years of experience (over 17 years) as an executive-level manager at a number of international financial groups: VTB, HSBC, ABN Amro, Bank of America, and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
Throughout her career, Irina has been directly involved as a leader in many projects that were of significant importance for the financial market and banking sector.
As part of her professional activities in the aforementioned organizations, Irina oversaw a wide range of functional areas and departments, such as treasury, finance, financial institutions, operations, and information technology.
Irina actively participated in the development of strategies for the banks in general and the areas she oversaw in particular, and was responsible for their implementation.
