Gloria is an ICF-ACC credentialed coach, President of Leadership Education Action Programs (LEAP), a mentor coach, a leadership coach and consultant, personality science trainer, seminar and workshop facilitator, and a bestselling author.

As an accomplished coach, entrepreneur, and committed advocate of professional and personal development, Gloria’s mission is to boldly inspire and re-energize entrepreneurs, executives, and teams to reach their full potential in order to lead the development of a “Playing to Win” culture within their lives and organizations.

Gloria has been successfully building-up teams for over 25 years, for both corporate and nonprofit organizations.

Gloria served one term on the Board of Directors of the Sacramento Chapter of International Coach Federation (ICF) and has mentored several new coaches through their coach training and business start-ups.

With her certification in Conversational Intelligence® she aspires to bring this body of work to small/medium organizations, public agencies, including police departments, with a program called Partners in Excellence. This is an ambitious endeavor to create a conversational shift between public agencies and the communities they serve.

LEAP to Excellence and LEAD to Excellence for corporate are accelerated experiential one-day workshops for support teams and middle management, facilitated by Gloria, that engage and refocus participants in such a way to communicate more effectively and recommit to making a greater contribution to the organization’s goals and objectives … ultimately producing positive results (ROI).

Now, in conjunction with the C-IQ conversational and trust catalysts and other C-IQ tools, and Gloria’s certification, this model will inspire and integrate teams in getting to their next level of greatness by engaging them in adopting more powerful conversations and interactions that prime the brain for trust, partnership, and mutual success.

Gloria’s clients for these workshops include Genentech, a biotech subsidiary of Roche, and a multitude of small/medium business ventures.

She also produces and facilitates live Partner in Excellence Life and Leadership Courses for all women, My New Story Summit, and Living My New Story Online Programs specifically for women in their second half of life.

One of her most recent endeavors is H.E.A.L.S. (Health/Energy/Accountability/Lifestyle/Shifts), a corporate group wellness online workshop and coaching series. She is a great proponent of living a healthy, active life.

In addition to Gloria’s extensive training in the various coaching models, she is a committed advocate of the prevention of child abuse and domestic violence.

She cofounded, and is the current President of CARTE (Child Abuse Resolved through Education), a 501c3 nonprofit organization, where she produces and co-facilitates the STARR Life and Leadership Course for at-risk teen girls. Again, with her certification, she will bring C-IQ learning tools to these young women, to support them in building healthier relationships.   

Gloria lives in Sacramento, California and has two grown children, both very successful in their respective careers, three amazing grandsons, and one precious granddaughter.
