Freddie Barrett, Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant, served Corporate America in Sales and Management positions for over 25 years before launching Resilient Solutions in 2001, a coaching and leadership development business.

 

For the past 16 years, Freddie has worked with individuals and teams to identify personal and leadership strengths, develop interpersonal skills to expand healthy relationships, and apply focused action for sustainable results.

 

Freddie’s approach to Leadership Development and Coaching combines reflective assessments, experiential learning, facilitated discovery, and committed action to reaching sustainable results. Often Freddie’s work begins with coaching a leader as they transition to a higher level of responsibility; looking at the leader’s emotional intelligence, conversational intelligence (C-IQ), natural talents, and leadership competencies aimed at inspiring and motivating others.

 

This work often progresses into working with the team to establish a foundation of trust, identify the team culture based on the natural talents of the individual team members, and raise the quality of conversations which leads to extraordinary performance.
