Fernanda is a commercially driven organisational psychologist with an outstanding track record of delivering innovative people solutions to drive better business performance and personal transformation for senior executives and high potential individuals.

 

With a personal approach that combines both professional rigour and compassion, Fernanda draws on a range of tools, techniques and methodologies to help her clients achieve their business outcomes. She has a particular interest in the neuroscience of leadership – integrating brain and heart science in fostering greater results for leaders and their businesses.

 

Fernanda has 20 years of experience in organisational and talent development. Working with leaders and senior executives at all stages of their career on a broad range of leadership challenges.

 

Her experience spans leading blue chip organisations, partnerships and not for profit organisations across a range of industries including management consulting, media, banking and finance, professional services and global industrial businesses.

 

She has worked with executives and organisations around issues such as building a high performance culture, leading transformational change, influencing within a matrix, building and developing talent, employee engagement, team development, transition to leadership roles, resilience and wellbeing, developing executive presence and increasing self awareness to build longer term leadership capability.

 

An experienced leadership development facilitator and executive coach, Fernanda’s clients appreciate being challenged and encouraged to build on their strengths to become more focused, influential and successful. Through greater self- understanding, her clients learn tailored strategies to confidently and effectively manage their personal challenges, lead their people and deliver better business performance.

 

With a reputation for innovative thinking and connecting humanity in business to deliver better business results, Fernanda has held several leadership and advisory roles in Australian Psychological Society including National Chair for the College of Organisational Psychologists.

 

She is an Adjunct Supervisor with Macquarie University and Adjunct Associate Lecturer for University of New South Wales. Fernanda is also one of the judges for the Australian Psychological Society’s Workplace Excellence Awards.

 

Dedicated to supporting businesses that improve the wellbeing of children, Fernanda is also a member of the Advisory Board of Let’s Move, an Australian company that has a physical exercise program to support children with learning difficulties.
