Felicia is an executive coach, facilitator, coach supervisor and seasoned change management practitioner who has over 20 years in strategy, design and implementation of business and organization transformation change.
In the last 10 years, Felicia has taken a keen interest in helping individuals make behavioral shifts to lead the organization change agenda. She works with individuals to discover tools and techniques to stay motivated and energized.
Felicia is an ICF PCC with more than 2500 coaching hours and is currently the Training Director and faculty of the Chinese Program at International Coach Academy, an ACTP certified training school for coaches. (www.coachcampus.com).
From her years in leading transformative change, she has learnt that success is attributed to a sparky group of people who has great self-mastery and effective team collaboration. This has been made possible by many effective conversations creating a trusting environment to experiment with ideas and innovate and execute.

Her coaching client’s demographics include C suites, VPs, HoDs, and key managers from FMCG, Financial Institutes, Hospitality and Logistics industries globally. She is passionate about helping people and organization embrace change and partner the client organization, design a change journey that is pragmatic and sustainable.
First trained in Computer Science and Information Systems and worked as a management consultant for 15 years with Accenture and Capgemini. Felicia is in her 40s and has held senior management positions.
She has had the opportunity to travel and work on extremely challenging transformation projects often involving human behavioral change, and often in a global and multi-cultural environment. She has worked as a program and project manager in the United States, France, South Korea, China and South East Asia where she worked alongside and engaged local senior executives.
