Eliane has her own coaching firm, Efcoaching, whose purpose is to inspire others to leverage their passion in order to be all they want to be to make a difference in the World.
She also represents iOpener Institute in México, using their research and tools in the Science of Happiness at Work. Her clients have included Ford Motor Company, Diageo, Alsea, McKinsey & Co., Accenture, Palacio de Hierro, Hasbro, Unilever, Pepsico and Herbalife amongst others.
In her sporting life, Eliane sailed for Mexico in the Seoul Olympics, and serves on the steering committee of the Mexican Sailing Federation. She brings lessons from these experiences to her coaching, and continues to coach at the highest levels in her sport.
