Diane is a Professional Coach and Consultant focusing on Executive and Life Leadership. She is certified in Conversational Intelligence™ specializing in the neurochemistry of conversations, received her CPC (Certified Professional Coach) certificate in Core Energy Leadership Coaching from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and as a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation. She works with individuals and teams to help them reach their highest potential in both their personal and professional lives.
The focus of Diane’s approach is based on the science of attitudes impacting behavior. With an understanding of how important it is to make decisions from a place of knowledge and alignment with core values, she empowers her clients by creating an understanding of our personal energy, external environment, and the neuroscience of communication. She emphasizes choosing how to respond in order to build trust and lead the best life we can.
She believes the keys to healthy cultural environments and successful collaboration are high trust and open communication. Diane uses her knowledge of neuroscience and human interaction dynamics to help shift low trust environments into high trust environments. She empowers people by sharing the science behind how we humans are wired and lessons on how to navigate and engage for the highest level of co-creation and productivity.

Diane has a deep background studying human attitudes, motivations and behaviors to affect positive change. In addition to her coaching certifications, and her experience coaching individuals, teams and small businesses, she draws on her knowledge of consumer insights and marketing strategy, which is all about understanding people and what makes them tick and creating opportunities and messages to help change behaviors and ultimately increase company revenue.
Diane has successfully navigated large global, matrix organizations including HSBC, Citibank, JPMorgan Chase, Young & Rubicam and Ipsos, having been a Senior Vice President and Head of North America for Consumer Insights and Marketing Segmentation. She has structured and managed teams across countries, established and exceeded business goals and built effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
Diane is the founder of Higher Road Coaching, LLC and the 2016 – 2017 President of the ICF North Florida Chapter. Additionally, she holds an M.B.A. from the City University of New York – Baruch College –Zicklin School of Business and a B.S. degree in Marketing, with a minor in Psychology from Bradley University.
