Carol has over 15 years coaching experience in technology, financial services, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, academic, and non-profit organizations.

As a Certified Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ) Coach, Carol applies deeper coaching skills and practices to helping executives build stronger trust in their relationships with the goal of leading more cohesive teams and achieving stronger business results. Carol is a member of the first group of coaches to be certified in Conversational Intelligence.
Carol has been a Certified Leadership Coach since 2004 through Linkage, Inc. She holds a M.B.A. from Boston College, Ed.M. from Harvard University, and B.S. from the University of Connecticut.
