Since 2002, Harvey Smith, Carolina Business Coach, has helped more than 2000 business owners, executives and sales professionals become more attuned to their strengths, and demonstrably more successful in their professional and personal lives.
Harvey is a graduate of UNCC’s business coaching program and is Past President of the International Coach Federation Charlotte Chapter. Additionally, Harvey was an instructor in the Duke, NC State and UNCC coaching programs. He is a Leadership Coach in the Queens University MBA program and previously was a featured columnist in the Charlotte Observer’s Business Section Career Coach column.
In his previous career in New York City, Harvey ran a division for the largest textile converter in the U.S. He has experienced first-hand, the stresses and successes of being a top-performing sales executive, manager, and leader of a $65 million corporate division.
