Kim Mendelsohn has professional experience as a Leadership Coach, Classroom and Webinar Facilitator, Instructional Designer, and Manager of teams. She has also worked in client-facing roles in the banking and professional services industries, which forms her drive for client service excellence and practical productivity. She earned her Master’s in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, with a concentration in Organizational Behavior, from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey, and her Bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Albany.
Kim has over twenty-five years of experience in the Financial Services and Professional Services industries, in various levels of management, working with a variety of internal and external clients. Kim’s approach to coaching is to become your champion! She leverages a positive, supportive approach, guiding clients toward recognizing their strengths and reaching their goals. You will practice techniques for clearing and improving your thinking, turning feedback forward into new behaviors and habits. Kim works in New York City and lives in Northern New Jersey with her husband and two sons. She is interested in practicing mindfulness, improving team and leadership dynamics, and helping people bring their best selves to their interactions with others.
