Samia Kornweibel is a Certified Conversational Intelligence ® Coach and with over 16 years of experience working with senior leaders on their conscious leadership development and progressive career transitions to create more positive impact on their teams, organizations and their overall lives.
Leveraging a powerful combination of resources from neuroscience, conscious communication, leadership practices, and coaching, she partners with clients to elevate their conversations, behaviors, as well as their leadership presence and impact to foster intrinsic growth, cultural shifts, and organizational transformations.
Ms. Kornweibel also combines her years of experience as an executive recruiter and a professional coach to work with clients on making conscious career and leadership development choices to enhance their own development as well as the effectiveness of their teams and the company as a whole. Samia assists with promotions, on-boarding, re-org transitions and revitalizing top performers to avoid burnout and Summit Syndrome.
Throughout her career, Samia has worked with leaders from PVH, Warnaco, Coach, the Gates Foundation, Microsoft, Yum Brands, Pepsico, Nintendo, Coca-Cola, Wolverine World Wide, Tully’s, Starbucks, Denny’s, Community Transit, Sound Transit, Jamba Juice, Au Bon Pain, and ULTA.
Ms. Kornweibel is a Certified Hogan Consultant and uses the Hogan Assessment and suite of research, tools and services to enhance and accelerate her client’s leadership development, career advancement, team management, and strategic awareness. She earned her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation and is working towards her Master Certified Coach designation.
She served as a Board Director and the Vice President of Membership for the International Coach Federation Washington State chapter previously. In 2012 she was honored to be voted the “Career Coach of the Year” for ICF Washington State’s chapter.
