Sally is an executive coach and facilitator who combines 25 years of global coaching, facilitation and training with work as a professional actor and writer. British by passport, Sally was born in Germany, raised in Australia and Cyprus, and has been based in Hong Kong since 1989.
She has worked with clients throughout Australasia, South Africa and Eastern Europe and has a keen interest in intercultural and Asian leadership.
A specialist in communication, interpersonal behaviour, executive presence and inclusive leadership, her strengths-based approach is founded in the latest research in positive psychology and the neuroscience of conversation.
Whether coaching or facilitating, she is known for great personal warmth combined with creativity, insight and professional rigour. This combination has served her as an adjunct coach and facilitator with the Center for Creative Leadership, IMD (High Performance Leadership programme) and London Business School (8 years coaching to C-suite level on executive education and open enrolment programmes).
She is a coach for the Nestlé Global Coaching Network and has delivered a wide range of programmes as part of the Global Leadership Faculty for both Barclays and BP.
Sally’s coaching work includes extensive engagements at C-suite, regional and BU leadership levels for clients including Bank of America Merrill Lynch, BlackRock, BNP Paribas, CBRE, CLSA, DLA Piper, HoganLovells, Lane Crawford, PwC and Volvo.
She has designed and facilitated highly interactive on- and off-site sessions (from 0.5 to 5 days’ duration) for regional, national and business unit leadership teams, top talent and female talent groups for ANZ, Castrol, CBRE, GLG, HSBC, and La Prairie. She specializes in team dynamics, communications and vision/strategy work).
Sally has two teenage children. A published poet and a keen scuba diver, she is also active using theatre in youth leadership outreach through Small Acts of Kindness and the Inspire programme.
