As a coach, consultant, facilitator, and speaker, Bonita helps leaders identify, develop, and strengthen their success behaviors. She consults with a broad array of Fortune 500, small business, government, and non-profit clients.
She is the author of Communication Under Fire: How To Talk When Things Heat Up; 1st edition of Emotional Intelligence in Action: Training and Coaching Activities for Leaders and Managers. Her experience includes over 20 years in executive management and leadership positions with IBM, U.S. Department of Energy nuclear weapons plant closure project, and a leadership development company.
