Brenda has over 30 years of experience working with executives and teams on the development of effective leadership, communication competencies, infrastructure, team alignment and change management.
She has worked with all levels of management in executive coaching, facilitating team alignment and IT strategy sessions with companies and organizations across multiple lines of business; designing and facilitating programs to optimize the performance of executives, teams and organizations, particularly during outsourcing and merger and acquisition initiatives.
Industry Experience
In 2001 she transitioned within IBM from an Executive Consultant to a Professional Development Manager. In this role she created a management/leadership model utilizing the principles of Coactive Coaching.
This model was recognized for improving employee engagement as a best practice and deployed across multiple departments within the global consulting sector. Brenda was an integral team member of the IBM Titan coaching program; coaching the marketing and sales executives during leadership development training.
She has coached C-level executives including Chief Executive Officers, Presidents, Executive Vice Presidents, as well as, middle management in multiple business lines. Previous experience includes consulting with small rapidly growing organizations, nonprofit organizations, as well as, Fortune 500 corporations.
She has consulted with organizations based in the Unites States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands and Australia.
Brenda works as a certified mentor-coach helping professional coaches to obtain their International Coach Federation professional credentials.

Brenda is a member of several professional associations such as the International Coach Federation (ICF), Organizational Development in LA (ODinLA) and Association of Training and Development, LA (ATD-LA).
Brenda provides volunteer coaching to members of the UN Leadership Program through the Probono Coaching Program (PBCP). She additionally utilizes her coaching and consulting expertise as a probono consultant with the Taproot Foundation.
