In that capacity, she held various executive roles as an international strategic business partner supporting Europe, South Korea, India, Mexico and the US.

Blanca led several acquisitions in this role and was responsible for the challenging task of the seamless integration of the respective cultures into the organization while ensuring its highest proficiency. Several times, she received GE’s top award for professional excellence, a distinction bestowed upon their top executives.

Blanca is a certified coach through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and is a member of the Georgia Coach Association (ICF/ GA). Blanca is certified to administer C-IQ, the Leadership Circle Profile (360 assessment tool), and Leadership Culture Survey with The Leadership Circle.

She has also completed training in Six Sigma, GE Change Acceleration Project Management, and GE’s Advanced Human Resource Development courses. She is also certified and an Authorized Partner on DISC and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team with Patrick Lencioni and Wiley Publishing Company, DrawSuccess and other assessments. Blanca has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University. She is a member and an Advocate of On Board Organization.

In her free time she loves to travel and is an accomplished world traveler. Blanca resides in metro Atlanta and also enjoys cooking and gardening. She mentors women business leaders of tomorrow through Pathbuilders. Blanca is fluent in Spanish and conversational in French.
