Completing Certification in with Judith E Glaser in Conversational Intelligence® has deepened Robert’s passion in assisting businesses to shift their organisational culture from “self-focus” and self-protective behaviour towards creating a culture of partnership and “Co-creation” capability. Robert has been consulting, facilitating, training and coaching C-IQ and other tools to individuals and teams over the past 9 years. He is experienced in working with clients from all sectors; commercial, Government and NGO organisations.
He is a qualified and experienced Executive Coach and also completed Certification in Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centred Coaching in 2014. He also delivers Career and Leadership coaching programs and has published an e-book on career transition for professionals and managers.
In addition, Robert draws upon his 15 plus years Human Resources Management experience to provide practical and relevant advice and support to clients. Robert has worked with many businesses in a wide range of industries both in Australia and the UK.
He is experienced in working with Executive staff and CEOs, managers, engineers, GPs and professionals in health and Law and other professionals. He has run programs with sales professionals. Recent clients include: CASA, University of South Australia, ABC, SA Water, GHD, Parsons Brinckerhoff, Thiess, ASC and DSTO.
